As you approach this unique 1920s Spanish Mission Bungalow, you get a hint of the new timber clad extension to the rear.

The main challenge of this project was the orientation of a rear south facing block.  The proposal introduces a new angled roof to the North which houses high level galvanised steel windows bathing the new living spaces with warmth, natural light and ventilation.
